Q1: What is the XP30L designed for?
It is the entry-level electric suction unit of the Pigeon range: a compact, handle-carried machine for clearing the airway of blood, saliva, vomit and secretions, preventing pulmonary aspiration and supporting pulmonary hygiene in wards, emergency rooms, clinics and small hospitals. For wound therapy (NPWT) choose the PN-3000VSD30; for ICU surgery with a foot switch choose the PN-3000XP70L.
Q2: Is the collection jar fragile, and how full can it be filled?
The 1,000 ml jar is polycarbonate (PC) - high-impact-resistance engineering plastic, not easy to break under normal dropping. Fill it to a maximum of 80% of the level printed on the bottle; the overflow valve stops suction automatically when the jar is full, protecting the piston pump. An anti-bacterial hydrophobic filter also prevents cross contamination and liquid passage to the pump.
Q3: What warranty, service life and certificates come with it?
Warranty is 12-24 months by model, confirmed in the quotation, and the designed service life follows the suction family rating of 3 years (conservative; field use commonly runs longer). The factory is ISO 13485 certified; the document set for your market (FSC, registration certificates, authorization letter) is prepared on request.

2.3 Overflow Valve and Bacterial Filter
The overflow valve stops liquid from entering the pump, and the anti-bacterial hydrophobic filter avoids cross contamination - the pump keeps working reliably shift after shift.
